Airport and arrival planning
Snow, mountain roads and seasonal traffic can affect driving time. Zermatt is car-free: ordinary private vehicles stop at Täsch, and onward access needs the appropriate local arrangement. Do not assume that every mountain hotel can be reached directly by a standard road vehicle.

Day tours and activities
For hiking, mountain railways and winter activities, check operating conditions and inclusions. Ski bags and large luggage require suitable storage. A quoted airport transfer does not include lift passes, rail tickets or onward resort transport unless expressly stated.
